  Having a road trip from Luxembourg to Greece we chose Lefkada for two days as the final destination before coming back. Hotel is perfectly maintained, all areas and room were super clean and with stylish interior.   The resort has a great location away from town, with a great beach with crystal-clear water. The design is very attractive, with lots of great views, and the housekeeping is immaculate.   When we first arrived at Alkyon Apartments we were welcomed with open arms from the host Tasia. We were the first guests for the season so she was really excited to have us there. The apartments were really nice and had everything you need. Tasia had bought us some fresh bread from the bakery and gave us her homemade marmalade too. The place is very quiet and you do need a car to get around the island, espec - Before I even arrived, I got a call from the Hotel asking me to confirm arrival times. Once we arrived, we were welcomed very warmly. The hotel is not a bank of rooms, but a cluster of apartment like dwellings around the central pool area. The water was so clean, birds were flying down and drinking from it. So were some cats! Our suite could hold four people easily - small kitchenette included. Nice balconies.   Easy to find, nice and spacious and clean room! Staff was very helpfull and friendly. Rooms are big enough for three people and you could cook if you want to. Balcony with sunsetview is possible.   Everything was wonderful. I particularly commend the owners of apartments that have been there for us for everything from recommendations beach, shops and all the other things we needed.
