  The owner was very friendly and ready to help, the room (superior) was very cozy, well furnished. We had a king sized bed, very comfy, with clean sheets. We were very pleased, but we had an issue: the shower cabin it was not so efficient in draining the water, so we informed the owner and the next day the problem was solved! Clear and clean waters and with a shower in just a few meters its a lovely, quiet beach (you will love it - Very clean and confortable. Very helpful staff, a thrown stone from Old Venetian harvour. Plenty of parking just outside the hotel. Air conditioner. New towels and cleaning service several times during our staying. Studio fully-equipped with all the necessary to cook. Plenty of space, cabinets and draws. Simply perfect.

  Our ferry was late arriving into Heraklion (suprise suprise) so we had to catch a very late bus which didn't arrive into Chania until 2am. Upon emailing the hotel to let them know this they were extremely lovely & helpful, leaving the front door open with a note telling us our room number and that they have put drinks in the fridge free of cha... vad folk säger » rge in case we were thirsty! I had two balconies that let in a lot of natural light and it was very nice to sit out there, relax, and people watch. I had a big room all to myself with all the amenities that you could want. The staff was very helpful and friendly and did everything they could to make my stay as pleasant as possible. They provided me with a map and a bus time table.   It's all about the view folks. Although we arrived late the previous evening, the smile on my wife's face when she through open the shutters on our first full day in Crete was priceless. OK, the room was compact, and the stairs are steep but Natasha & Dimitri made us feel very welcome on our modest budget. The meandering streets & photogenic alleys are right outside your back door. - Location is fantastic - right on the old Venetian harbour. The rooms are a bit dated but well equipped and quite comfortable. Staff were welcoming and very helpful.   Perfectly located in the the heart of old city. The beach is close. In the evening you can walk around the streets of the old city. Many small taverns near the hotel. But, if you want, you can prepare your own meals in the small kitchen. The staff is very friendly and attentive.   Very nice and helpful owner. - I stayed here for 8 days while travelling in early March, made to feel very welcome by Maria and Jannis. The apartment itself, very comfortable with very good facilities, including a small kitchenette with fridge, hot plate and small cooker. There are even laundry facilities too, very useful when travelling light. Car hire, bakers, - Maria, the owner is an absolute sweetheart! Don't have words enough to say how much we enjoyed the stay, her help and everything else. We were lost, so stopped in a corner and her son came to ask if I was looking for the apartment, we arrived very late, she received us with a big smile, gave us a map and explained everything.   We thought this place was excellent. The room we had was on the 3rd floor and had a large bedroom, well equipped kitchen and a huge balcony with table, chairs and 2 sun beds. As it is in a built-up area the view from the balcony was not very inspiring, but then you are not paying seafront prices. Rooms of the hotel are cleaned every day and the staff is very friendly and welcome. During my stay I lost my glasses in the sea.
