Close to the bus station so convenient as we went to the Samaria gorge the next morning. We left at 7 am and so the staff made sure to have the breakfast ready for us. Really close to old town and the harbour (5 minutes walk). Not a luxury hotel but clean.

  We enjoyed Chania and the hotel very much. We live in Crete (East) but have not been to Chania before and we found the old port to be very beautiful. We were staying overnight before flying from Chania airport for the 1st time and we did not realise the tow - Located a block from the harbor and right in the heart of Old Town Chania, Palazzo Duca is perfect! It is a fancy place--beautiful, clean, and polished. Every staff member is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our hotel room was a palace! Very comfortable king size bed, sitting area with table and chairs, patio with view of harbor with table and chairs, a kitchenette in the room stocked with dishes, utensils, cooking pans plus refrigerator. The bathroom was lovely with a heavenly large shower.

  Klinakis Hotel has one of the best locations of any hotel we stayed in in Greece. It is right on the beach, with no highway between you and the sea. We left our patio door open to the sea breeze and it was the only hotel we didn't need an air conditioner on. The beach is a sandy one with not a deck chair in - The view from our balcony was just amazing - Klinakis Hotel is beautifully located literally right at the seaside, with 2 beaches, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The place itself is nice and clean and the staff are extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

  The apartments were lovely, a welcome change from hotels. There was plenty of space, bathroom lovely and cooking hob worked fine. Plenty of parking. Walk into Chania takes about half an hour, and beach only five minutes away. Our ferry to Crete was delayed by more than two hours so we were a bit worried, as the booking info said check-in was only ... vad folk säger » open until 10.30pm. When we called up to explain, they assured us there'd.be someone at the bar until late, and when we were further delayed they stay - We added the half-board option and were spoilt by the chef and restaurant crew. Excellent food with good variations of international cuisine and Greek specialties. The hotel offers a cozy, familiar atmosphere. The location offers quick and easy acess to the major roads if you want to explore the Island by car. Easy to acess the City center of Chania by bus, taxi or car or just to take a walk along the beach.

  I have discovered Chania to be a beautiful city, with old town streets to explore, myriad shops and restaurants around a charming harbour. I have also discovered this to be a jewel of a hotel residing about ten metres away from the harbour front. Cool, quiet, comfortable rooms were presented in Venetian style, dark wooden floors, high ceilings, pe... vad folk säger » rsian rugs underfoot. The Belmondo hotel is small and personal, each room is different, all had character, felt like a rare luxury in the perfect loca - The staff without exception could not do enough to make our stay perfect. Our room was not what I expected and I was told they were fully booked. After 3 nights I checked on letsbookhotel.com and discovered they had a suite available and we were moved. I think it was a misunderstanding and they very kindly did not charge us for the upgrade. I would highly recommend an upgrade to a 'suite' a large room with two sofas. It was fabulous with a wonderful view of the whole harbour. The breakfas
