  A hotel in a nice location, opposite Ioannina across Lake Pamvotis, so we had great views of the lake and the city. Courteous staff. We were also positively impressed by the excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were very happy to help with local information, directions and comunications, for example sending and recieving faxes when we found we needed additional insurance documents for the hospital.   Everything! Family run hotel a little bit out of the main castle area. Can still walk to sites...on a lake. Best room to date. Modern, large & everything works. Anna is a gem. Took care of everything even brought a piece of her Mothers orange cake to our room to satisfy my sweet tooth! Demos helped us navigate our way around and made great suggestions of what to visit. - The hotel is not in the center, but if you have a car is not a problem even walking distance is not a problem because is only 15-20 min from the center. Rich breakfast and it is more than enough for travelers.
