  Garden Villa is situated in a very good location in Perama area – so close to the city of Ioannina (5-10 minutes away with a car) and also away from the city noise with magnificent mountain view! The - Bright, well furnished room with all the necessary facilities - fridge, wi-fi access, TV. Pleasant balcony where we could sit and enjoy a drink and snack. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and really made us feel at home. Skype was also available if we wanted to contact family or friends.   The hotel is extremely clean, very well decorated, with great location and wonderfull owners. Chrysoula's home made pies at breakfast were phenomenal. At her place we were treated as family not as clients. Me and my husband were backpacking through Greece for a week and by the time we got to Ioannina we really needed to get our laundry done. So when we arrived at Chrysoula's Guests Hotel they were not only extre - The owners are wonderful, very helpful people who treat you like family. Room was quite comfortable.
