  we highly recommend grecian castle , there were not too much alternatives to stay in chios , grecian castle is comfortable and have large rooms, rooms have balcony or hotel rooms have silent common usage areas to lay over around. bar and restaurant prices are affordable. breakfast is good enough for summer. 10 minutes walking distance to chios cen... vad folk säger » ter. you can return by walking at night. even you will need to rent a car or motorbike to discover the island. - The property is spacious, private and gorgeous located a short walk from the busy centre. The pool is fairly large adjacent to indoor and outdoor dinning & bar; great for hours of relaxing. We were lucky to get a 1 bedroom suite with a huge bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. We stayed extra days!

  Nice and clean family run motel. Very helpfull staff, comfortable rooms, close to Chios, Karfas,Kambos and supermarkets. It's like a hub, close to many things. But you have to have a vehicle of course. Although we missed the breakfast, the landlady offered to fix a plate for us, and did so. ıt was so kind of them.   I've been to Chios and stayed in Topakas two weeks ago. As I've said, that was my first but absolutely not the last stay in there. So I did it again:) For me the motivation of going somewhere again and again is not only the places that you visit, the food that you eat or the place that you stay, it's also the people that you meet. Thanks again Eleni for - Staying in Topakas House was one of my best holiday experiences. We stayed 3 nights with my friend and 5,5 yrs old son. We felt like we were at home. The place was so cosy, the landlady Eleni and her husband Costas (please forgive if I misspell) were wonderful people, just as their son and daughter. They tried to help us in every way they could. The breakfast, the courtyard and the asmosphere were great. We left our hearts and minds in there. We'll really miss the late night chats in the courty

  Very friendly atmosphere, hotel is in the middle of orange and tangerine trees-lovely, rooms are big and beds are very comfortable. You'll need a car to get into the city center; only 2km far tho. Visiting there in December they were so kind to heat the room up before our arrival, noted, thanks for that. Wonderful facility, beautiful grounds, loved the breakfast out on the terrace next to the orchard and water wheel. Very convenient to the airport and mastic villages to the south west.

  It is a beautiful setting in a quaint town that looks very old European. Stratos and Angelina were so kind and accommodating. We arrived late and were starving. Stratos took us to a restaurant in town and came back and picked us up when we had finished eating. Angelina is a wonderful cook and her homemade jams are delightful. Kristine Previous Review was scored incorrectly. - Amicable attitude, to begin with. This passed down house provides you with tranquility and serenity you can not find anywhere easily. Besides, it is almost like a miniature zoo with roosters, chickens, turkeys and such. My 8-year-old pleaded me to stay a few days more.

  The location is good, the prices are good, but the beach service not effective enough , u can't find someone to order and the interesting thing is they charged us for the seats at the beach. As normally u make check out at 1, after that we go to the beach but they said we have to pay!!   Nice stuff, cool swimming pool, very comfortable rooms with full kitchen, 6 km from capital port. We rent a car (25 euro per day) and we visited almost entire Chios. Sightseeing high mountain part of island by car is like rollercoaster. Close to the sandy, beautiful, calm, long shallow beach - perfect for children.
