  Easy walking distance to central station or indeed right to city centre (half an hour or so) if you like a stroll. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room - no street noise that we heard. Nice little bar for a cheeky beer after a busy day. Public transport ans a few restaurants all in walking distance.   Great place in a great area. This lovely hotel lies on top of a hill just in front of a beautiful lake from which is visible the famous castle of Neuschwenstein. It's a silent and pleasant area and if you are lucky to get a sunset, you can also get a lovely panoramic view from the balcony and you can even have a walk along the lake which is just 1... vad folk säger » 0 minutes distant by walk. Staff extremely kind, room little but comfortable and lovely. Would I come back to this hotel? Absolutely yes! I hope to do - Very nice breakfast and staff - they were very accomodating when our party ran into car trouble and got in very late to our hotel - beds were turned down and ready to be slept in! Location is good - very easy access to nice hiking and biking trails and the King's Castles - and we had a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony window.

  We had a wonderful room. We had the playmobil package which included tickets to playmobil land AND dinner at the hotel our first night there. The dinner was very good. The room for our family of 5 was fantastic! Fans were provided. We were traveling throughout Germany for 3 weeks and had difficulty finding large rooms.
