  Easy walking distance to central station or indeed right to city centre (half an hour or so) if you like a stroll. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room - no street noise that we heard. Nice little bar for a cheeky beer after a busy day. Public transport ans a few restaurants all in walking distance.   Our rooms were as clean and comfortable as any we have stayed in. Thestaff was wonderful, very accomodating. The resturant was excellent,including the service. The location was a little ways from munich butthe train was only a short walk from the hotel. Would definitely staythere again. - value for money and friendly staff

  I liked the friendly staff and their ability to tailor their service to our needs. We asked if the spa could remain open late one night and it was no problem. We asked if breakfast was available after the normal time and we were served a delicious meal. - The hotel structure and the area is beautiful

  very good standard of hotel - excellent b'fast. fairly close to market and shops. 15 min. walk to xmas market and 10 mins. to shopping centre - A very good hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

  Excellent hotel. Good restaurant and buffet breakfast (you have to pay for it separately though). The best thing is that the Airport Express from Munich airport drops you off right in front of the hotel and the stop for the same bus towards the airport is a 2 min walk across the street. Amenity of bathroom was good. - The whole environment was good almost to excellent, less the restaurant (rotisserie if I remember well) they should improve the personnel that almost have speeded us scoring that they don`t have places.   Loved this hotel! Such good value for the price. The room was so cool/modern & very stylish as was the foyer & bar area. Everything was very clean & our room was large as we had our daughter sleeping on a rollaway bed & still had plenty of room to move around. It was nice & quiet...we all slept late which doesn't usually happen... vad folk säger » especially when we have our daughter with us. We arrived in Munich by train & found the walk to the Eurostars Hotel easy even with our suitcases. - My wife has stayed at most of the top hotels around the world.The Eurostars Grand Central would give any top hotel a run for their money. The Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was well appointed,clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. The location was excellent. I would like to mention the name of one Ms.Julia at the Reception who was particularly helpful and courteous,though this does not take away from the fact that your staff is excelle
