The location is fabulous. You can walk to everything -- and we did! Most of the top sights of Munich are right nearby. The same is true of many of the best restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful with reservations, including getting us excellent seats at a very popular performance of Rigoletto, which was right around the corner. They also selected and reserved a perfect restaurant for our first night in the city. Very nice!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very easy walk to many sights and both U & S stations. Easy to get from airport, many good restaurants nearby.
Beds are very comfortable, room very clean, breakfast selection also very good.
Management cleared up a dispute over a broken light switch to our satisfaction. Front desk staff all very friendly and helpful.

This is one of the best places to stay near Munich. You can take a 20-minute regional train headed west to Haspelmoor. Then it's a 20-minute walk to the hotel in the lovely countryside. Staff was super-friendly. Accommodations very nice. I would definitely stay here again to stay at a budget-friendly and excellent hotel in the Munich area. -

Excellent hotel, good sized room with nice bathroom. Good buffet breakfast. Ideal location to explore the countryside and nearby cities such as Munich and Landsberg. We only used it as an overnight stay but would love to spend more time there.

The staff/family were very accommodating. The room was furnished in true bavarian style, which added to the "homey" feeling. Dinner as well as breakfast was exceptional and a great value. - Excellent food and a warm welcome
