  Location is very good and truly railway doesn't disturb with any noise, perfectly soundproofed. We haven't used the free transportation tickets, because city centre is rather small, but option itself is appreciated. Breakfast exceeded the expectations - variety, tasteful and strong coffee, awesome tea selection, friendly staff. - Excellent choice. Great, friendly staff, very clean rooms, great breakfast buffet and very conveniently located to get around in Mannheim or use the close train station for a trip. Early concerns about noise coming from the main station proofed to be not necessary, my room was very quiet, while even facing the station.

  Room is very comfortable and clean. Bed is soft to sleep in. Good Housekeeping. Reception very welcoming and handles problem well. I was not able to catch the shuttle to airport and had to take taxi due to exhibition period.   Nice size room with comfortable beds. Very clean hotel with quick check in. Front desk clerk assisted me by calling a local business to notify them I would be late for my appointment. Very helpful! Dinner was very good, but a little pricey. Breakfast buffet was included in our stay and offered a wide variety of food. (Only place I stayed that ... vad folk säger » had bacon.) It was very good, probably the best breakfast of our 10 day stay in Germany. - Very convenient for the U Bahn; much closer to Marienplatz station than some reviews suggest. Rooms are bright, exceptionally clean. No wardrobe but plenty of space to hang clothes. Excellent bathroom with powerful shower. Our room was at the rear with no noise, although I doubt this would have been an issue in what seems a particularly pleasant neighbourhood. Not a cheap option but I was very satisfied
