  Staff is not always in reception, but she is nice and of all help. I stayed in a room with shared bathroom, and I found that it is 4 rooms sharing 2 big bathrooms. Simple and nice buffet breakfast. Staying in Kirchzarten you can get a Black Forest guest card for free transportation. Heading to Freiburg or Titisee is very convenient.   We were there for Volksfest and it is a 10 - 15 euro taxi for a group of 6 depending on traffic so it was perfect location. It is about a 10 euro taxi into the city as well.
