  The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped.The nearby S-bahn train station is under construction, so it's better and more convenient to take tram to the hotel. (From the main station you could take no. 16 and 17 which will stop just in front of the hotel. And the trams could take you to many tourist spots in Mu... vad folk säger » nich, very convenient!) Supermarket nearby, will definitely stay here again! - The apartment was great; clean, beds were comfy and since we stayed in an apartment we didn't have to worry about the cleaning lady coming to bother us. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.

  From the moment I arrived, the staff were happy to assist in any way possible & with information to help me find my way around. This is immaculately kept accommodation in a beautiful eastern suburb which is within 10 minutes on the S Bahn. The S Bahn station is a 2 minute walk away! I highly recommend Garden House!   The apartment was good for 3 travelling together. 1 double bedroom and a living / sleeping area with 2 bathrooms. It was spacious, comfortable and within walking distance from Marienplatz and Hauptbahnhof. Kitchen facilities were adequate (no sink plug) with supermarket nearby.   Sarah is an incredibly gracious and lovely, accommodating host. Her place is blitzsauber! The rooms are adorable. The location exquisit. When my wife came down ill the morning we were leaving, she was so warm and helpful. Fortunately the hospital is only 2 minutes away. With all the stress of my wife in the hospital and needing to - Loved our stay here, sarah is brilliant, and as others have said her breakfasts are amazing, we were lucky enough to stay when the weather was very hot, and would have a pot of coffee in the lovely garden before settling down to the amazing breakfast, we took photos of the spread it was that good, the location is right near train station so you can get in and out of munich really easily, after the busy city the area is a haven, the house is beautiful and our room with veranda was stunning, this

  My friends and I stayed in the hotel for the first night in Germany. We all like it very much. The staff, although only one, is very considerate and helpful. The hotel is not the usual one.   Helpful and friendly staff, comfortably rooms, plenty of parking. The reviews for this place are quite mixed but my party of 23 were very satisfied. Not sure what some other people were talking about. The only down side is location as it is far from the centre but that is why it is good value price wise, and you know when you get there that it is ... vad folk säger » not close to the centre. - Budget friendly, family ran hostel. Not close to city center, but bus and metro station are very close / easy to go to city center. Free parking (which is rare for Munich). Clean, small room and small private bathroom which was enough for us as we were out all day. Table, refrigerator and TV also in room. Staff helpful regarding directions.

  Friendly staff. Although the location is close to the central station, it's in a rather dodgy area of town i.e. think night clubs, strip bars, but it was also just less than 10 minutes walking to Oktoberfest which was great. Only downside is shared WC but that doesn't really bother me because it's clean too. Shower was powerful an - Amazing breakfest and location. Staff was really cool, only once one lady was a little bit rude, but even so helped and solved our problem and in the other day, apologized and explained she was short staffed and was really not being able to handle everzthing. Even so it was shared WC, I had a shower and sink at my bedroom. Wifi signal was good, but other guests complained about it, I was lucky to stay close to a router.

  Bra moderna rum - This is our 2nd stay! - This time for 6 Nights only - We were unable to book 6 consecutive nights, so we had 3 nights in a Superior Apartment followed by 3 nights in a Basic Apartment - We wanted to avoid the 'down- grade' (there is actually nothing wrong with the Basic Apartment, we had Basic on our first Concept Living visit) ... vad folk säger » so the Friendly, helpful man on reception suggested contacting him before the end of the first half of our stay - He 'juggled' a few things around and we were able to ke - This is our 2nd booking at Concept Living, so that speaks for itself! This time we stayed in a Superior Apartment, that had everything we needed - Previously we had a Basic Apartment, that we really couldn't fault either - My only advise is.. Make sure you get your Guest Number if you are arriving after reception hours - - Check the email that Concept Living will send you very soon after you book (this is a separate email from letsbookhotel.com's). This is the 2nd time that I have checked in to

  Our room was newly renovated, and everything working as expected. Very close to S-bahn. Breakfast ok. The place is like a private villa turned into a hostel. Old german style.
