Young guy on the desk went out of his way to reorganise rooms for us when we arrived really early in morning from the night train so we could check in straight away (at 8am) - even offered us breakfast there and then.   At all points the staff members were courteous, cheerful and helpful. The room was ideal for our needs. When we thought we had lost an item, the staff took extra care to look for it and keep us informed (we found it later packed in a different case).   Our rooms were as clean and comfortable as any we have stayed in. Thestaff was wonderful, very accomodating. The resturant was excellent,including the service. The location was a little ways from munich butthe train was only a short walk from the hotel. Would definitely staythere again. - value for money and friendly staff

  Loved this hotel! Such good value for the price. The room was so cool/modern & very stylish as was the foyer & bar area. Everything was very clean & our room was large as we had our daughter sleeping on a rollaway bed & still had plenty of room to move around. We arrived in Munich by train & found the walk to the Eurostars Hotel easy even with our suitcases. - My wife has stayed at most of the top hotels around the world.The Eurostars Grand Central would give any top hotel a run for their money.
