  Hotel staff is really great! Hotel is in very good location - about 5 minutes takes to get by walk to Central Train Station ( Koeln HBF) and a few minutes to shopping street ... And near by Hotel is Shop of ecological food! Bed was very soft and we slept like a child! ; ) - The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived early, but they arranged that our room be prepared first so that we were able to occupy it before the official check-in time, without feeling that we were putting anyone out.

  I really liked to stay in the Kölner Pension, it was just round the corner to get the train or subway, just one stop from the central train station, the room was quite big enough, very clean and confortable. The girl that worked there was really nice and corteous, she helped us a lot.   We knew we had booked an apartment but hadn't expected it to be as nice as it was! It was very comfortable and warm and spacious. The apartment is just round the corner from the hotel and it is easy to go there in the morning for breakfast.
