  jätte trevlig hotell som jag gärna rekomenderar till andra - Very professional and friendly staff, good location close to the metro and shopping area. They upgraded my room without me asking. Rooms were very quiet. Excellent, but expensive, food at the French restaurant.   Great location to start a day of sightseeing. Close to Zoo station and shopping area, but thanks to soundproof windows quiet at night. Beautiful decorated room and an amazing "rain-shower". - The reception staff were excellent, we loved being offered a hot towel on our arrival. They cheerfully greeted us every time we came and went.   This is a design hotel with many great amenities. We were in a junior suite, but really like the fact that both the shower and the toilet were in a separate cubicle from the rest of the bathroom. There is also a bar in the hotel, which is open till reasonably late and which serves great cocktails and also has a wonderful selection of high-quality ... vad folk säger » drinks (German fruit brandies, whiskies etc.). The bed was also of good quality, and there was plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space as well. - I received a great welcome when I arrived and the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel has all the facilities I needed (in-room wifi, room service, taxi call service, etc) and met my expectations. The room was functional, but contemporary in design with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located for Messe Berlin and very central for getting around.

Stayed during the Berlin Marathon weekend where they focused on servicing the runners that lived at their hotel (baskets of bananas etc.) and even after check out they let me use their vitality club to shower and relax before the trip back home.
