  The service, the enthusiasm of the hotel Team from the guy at the door to the girls in the bar and restaurant was outstanding. The service was of the absolute highest standard and quality.   Everything was excellent. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, as well as very efficient. The apartments were gorgeous - spacious, very well maintained and comfortable. The balcony (with table and chairs as well) - a definite plus. The apartments only seem a bit sparsely furnished because they are so roomy. The kitchen was very convenient - this was the feature that attract - There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs

  The twin room was spacious, very clean, with comfortable beds and equipped with all the facilities a guest could possibly need. The service was excelent, very helpful and kind staff! - The people at the Hilton Koln are allways friendly and helpful. This is always good in a country outside of the US.

  It was very clean, well-located and quiet. The close proximity of the city and the abundance of public transport were also very important.   Läget var mycket bra. Hotellet hade mycket trevliga rum, med helt underbara sängar. Trevlig relaxavdelning med bastu och pool. Fin frukost - Personalen vänlig och speciellt med tanke på vår son, 10 mån. Vi fick ett rum som låg tyst med tanke på karnevalen i Köln och de försökte fixa så vi skulle få vårt rum mkt tidigare så han kunde få sova middag.
