The staff was extremely helpful, they called taxis, recommended great restaurants, provided maps and suggestions. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. 5mins walk to the main train station to link to any destination in the city. Lots of restaurant and shops in the vicinity.

Location was great, breakfast choices were excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. We also liked paying for hotel on completion of stay and not having to pay in full when reservation was made! - The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Trevlig personal, centralt beläget, välstädat - We have stayed there now 3 times. The location is excellent, the room is lovely and quite and the decor is lovely and modern and bright - Staff was very friendly and accomidating. Very good buffet breakfast.

loved this hotel! We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Don't be deceived by the surroundings when you walk down the street to the hotel.
The breakfast buffet is excellent with great choice and very fresh.
Location walking distance from Hauptbahnhof and therefore easy to get any where in Munich via the U bahn and S bahn.

New hotel, are bright and large rooms ( we had a 501 502 - window left into an alleyway, it was quiet with the Windows open), bathroom accessories (even the Slippers were provided), the towels changed every day, coffee maker in room, tea-coffee making facilities replenished every day. Staff were friendly. Excellent location: only 1-2 minutes to the Central station, 3-5 minutes to the center, to the shopping street.
I recommend, if I will be back in Munich - we would definitely stay in this hote

We were traveling by train so having the main train station 10 minute walk away from the hotel was convenient. Also 10 to 15 minute walk to city center. Staff very helpful. - Excellent value for the money. Excellent location.
