  The staff was extremely helpful, they called taxis, recommended great restaurants, provided maps and suggestions. They even changed our room was after the first night because street noises kept us awake. The breakfast was by far the best we found anywhere, so many delicious choices!   The rooms were small but all newly decorated, very clean and they have everything you need. The breakfast is very nice. The location is very close to the central station, it's in a street with peepshows etc. but there are more hotels in the street and you don't feel unsafe.   At all points the staff members were courteous, cheerful and helpful. The room was ideal for our needs. When we thought we had lost an item, the staff took extra care to look for it and keep us informed (we found it later packed in a different case).
