Vi fick icke rökfrirum från början. Sen kunde vi byta, men rummet var sämre. Location was great. 5 mins from old Munich with great sights and history, and only 10 mins from Oktoberfest!! Wi-fi was super quick and staff were helpful. Large room to comfortably house 5 people. -

The rooms were small but all newly decorated, very clean and they have everything you need. The breakfast is very nice. The location is very close to the central station, it's in a street with peepshows etc. but there are more hotels in the street and you don't feel unsafe. Although the location is close to the central station, it's in a rather dodgy area of town i.e. think night clubs, strip bars, but it was also just less than 10 minutes walking to Oktoberfest which was great. Amazing breakfest and location.
Staff was really cool, only once one lady was a little bit rude, but even so helped and solved our problem and in the other day, apologized and explained she was short staffed and was really not being able to handle everzthing.
Even so it was shared WC, I had a shower and sink at my bedroom.
Wifi signal was good, but other guests complained about it, I was lucky to stay close to a router.

New hotel, are bright and large rooms ( we had a 501 502 - window left into an alleyway, it was quiet with the Windows open), bathroom accessories (even the Slippers were provided), the towels changed every day, coffee maker in room, tea-coffee making facilities replenished every day. Staff were friendly. Excellent location: only 1-2 minutes to the Central station, 3-5 minutes to the center, to the shopping street.
I recommend, if I will be back in Munich - we would definitely stay in this hote
