  the staff were extremely helpful. Anything that you would want they would try and get for you. - Although not in centre the U-bahn makes it very easy to get anywhere, and there are plenty restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Lovely pool and sauna area.

  The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Informed me about a band that were playing that evening. The spa area is amazing. Lot's of saunas to choose from and a huge variety of relaxation rooms. I could have stayed there for hours! There is also a good sized swimming pool which was great for an early morning swim. Would definitely stay - The spa was wonderful, though I was a bit surprised it was a naked spa - nobody warned me about that!

  Stora rum. Tyst läge. Lätt att parkera. - Room was spacious, yet cozy with all the comforts of home. As advertised, the hotel was situated directly on the Ku'Damm close to the U-Bahn station/bus route. Free public parking when available. Excellent breakfast with staff that catered to your wishes, i.e. eggs prepared to order. The hotel was so nic... vad folk säger » e we wished we could have spent more time there if we hadn't done so much sightseeing! - Everything! I can't say enough terrific things about this property. I look forward to my next visit there and will recommend it to everyone I know travelling to Berlin.

  The helpful staff and friendliness. They also spoke English very well. - The Alma Schlosshotel is an excellent hotel. It was to the standard I would expect of a 5* hotel and would stay there again.
