  We talked to the contact person by phone but she always answered the calls and gave all details we needed. She was also very friendly. The access to the apartment is very handy once you get familiar with the key system.. Also, the apartment was very clean and quiet.   This is excellent in every way. Clean, comfortable, in a quiet area, but still very close to public transport, and the host is very friendly and accommodating. I would not want to stay anywhere else in Cologne.

  The room, although small, had everything you'd need to make yourself comfortable for a couple of nights. The bed was excellent and the room was clean. The bathroom is really tiny but well kept, it has a hairdryer and a comfortably sized shower cabin.
