  Great location. Wonderfully comfortable rooms. The breakfasts were verygood with a great variety of different foods on offer. The staff, everyone that we came across, were more than excellent, without exception.   The apartment was great. It was large, well situated near the Cathedral/Train Station. The Manager (Brigette) was great and even provided a map of the Christmas Markets with a suggested route. She really did a great job to ensure that we had a nice time. As a family with small children, we appreciated the space slept 5 comfortably and there was... vad folk säger » not the added surcharge for more than 2 adults. - Overwhelming hospitality by the owners. Flexible and highlyaccomodative. They extended their help to pickup from the station andefficiently guided the city. If you want to have different experiencethan just a emotionless hospitality of Hotel Staff then please do notmiss staying at this place. This is well located, close to the Koln Hbfand the dom. You can just walk around nearby places.

  Everything was excellent. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, as well as very efficient. The apartments were gorgeous - spacious, very well maintained and comfortable. The balcony (with table and chairs as well) - a definite plus. The apartments only seem a bit sparsely furnished because they are so roomy. The kitchen was very convenient - this was the feature that attract - There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs
