Great Service! We received and upgraded room with access already at 8.30 in the morning! Fine pool and sauna facility. Nice work out room. Great design and comfort and lovely situated in a nice and quiet area with the park & zoo just outside. We had a fantastic stay and warmly would reccommend to others.

Very service minded staff! Nice and comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. When i told this to the hotel's manager, I was offered a late check-out before 3 p.m. without any surcharge. That was very nice of them.

Staying in the hotel provides a very good combination of modern hotel features and good placement.. Our room was compact, bright and very quiet despite facing the railway. It was like in a silent movie watching through the window: train arrived, passengers went out, train went further.

1.There was a nightlight in the bathroom an -
Very conventiently located near the Central Station, but also near the Reichstag, Friedrichstrasse (shopping) and Brandenburger Tor. Close to the S- and U-Bahn. Eventhough it was so close to the trainstation, we didn´t hear the trains inside. Quick check in and check out and nice service in the bar when we had a drink there one night. We didn´t take breakfast in the hotel as there are so many spots around to have breakfast or lunch.

Att det låg vid stationen.Att man inte fick ha sprit till rummen för det var många skolungdomar som bode där.Nära till allt. Och att man hade ett litet kök nära matsalen om man ville göra sin egen mat. -
Receptionisterna var trevliga och svarade gärna på våra besvärliga frågor.

Läget var helt perfekt! Ett stenkast från den stora shoppinggatan med affärer och restauranger. Dessutom gångavstånd till flygbussen!! Hotellet i sig var väldigt fräscht och bra. Fint badrum!
