  We stayed in penthouse 16: spacious, luxurious penthouse designed with a personal touch and with all comfort one can wish on a city trip. Great view over Berlin and the Fernsehturm.(You must almost force yourself to leave the place to visit the city.) Facilities are nearby in the friendly and trendy neighbourhood. The staff was very-very friendly and welcoming, they quickly helped to resolve all issues.We didn't have any problems with check in or check out. The appartment was clean and cozy. I think if I'll visit Berlin one more time probably I'll book the same.

  Excellent location, within walking distance of many places of interest. Stasi exhibition, Topography of Terror, Checkpoint Charlie, all in the immediate vicinity. Can walk to Brandenburg Gate/Unter Den Linden which we did with 2 young children and kids Grandmother. Stadmitte U Bahn also very close. We only had breakfast on the last day in the hote... vad folk säger » l which was nice, reasonable enough price of 10 euro. Rooms on the small side but we literally were out all day and were only looking for a place to p - Clean, comfy beds, quiet location but only minutes away from fantastic Christamas market at Gendarme Market. Good mix of clientel young, kids, mature, business etc. Checkpoint Charlie about 200yds away. Amazing chocolate shop around corner. Staff were friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, great choice. Healthy fruit and cereals to bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. Ham, cheeses croissants, smoked salmon, toast, cakes etc. etc. Great location. Lisa helped

  What a a wonderful host is Teresa! It’s also thanks to her that we spent 10 amazing days in Berlin. The room, in a building where little details like the wood stairs and twisted banisters revealed an elegant design, was perfectly clean and bright, fully equipped and furnished with taste. We are fond of walking and the three-storey apartment or the way to the underground station weren’t a problem to us. The M10 tramway is - The apartment was clean and spacious with good facilities like wifi, föhn, a very well equipped kitchen with modern stuff. The apartment was furnished an decorated very tastefully and the bed was super.

  The staff is amazing! They're always happy, outgoing and ready to help the guests. The room was clean and beautiful. I would like to come back again :-) - It is well situated in the city. It is very close to a lot of concert halls and party places.

  Booked a one bedroom with balcony as I like having outdoor space. Very large, fully equiped-even had a coffee maker! Took a tea towel as recommended by another review. Everything else supplied. Great location. Great for self-catering & superb location. Halal supermarket, bike hire & numerous eateries within 20 metres. Followed sites public... vad folk säger » transport x7 bus then u bahn transfer and arrived at a cost of $3.20 Euros. Key pick up is at World of Beers shop as other reviewers stated(helpful i - The apartments arelocated just next to Kohstrasse metrostation. May be just 30 minutes walking to Branderburg gates so it is very convinient to live there if you wan to see Berlin yourself. We live on the first floor it is just absolutely perfect terrace with tje table outside the balcony door that must be absolutely perfect in May (we were in Nothember but anyway i appreciated it. 100% value for money

  The professional people who man the reception desk are great.
