I was placed in a room with three guys who didn't understand hostel etiquette and who came in at 2.30am talking and laughing as loudly as possible. After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!

Rummets standard var utmärkt, nytt, fräscht och bekvämt med väl fungerande dusch, badrum och värdeskåp, sköna sängar och en riklig, god, fräsch frukostbuffét. - Det låg väldigt centralt, hade trevlig och hjälpsam personal och var fräscht.

Staff are friendly, especially at the breakfast restaurant. Most
reception staff are friendly and helping. The location is excellent. 1-2
minute walk from Alexanderplatz station where underground, tram and city
train can be found. There are many places near by that rent bikes
including the hotel itself. There is Alexa shopping mall 2 minutes away

Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. After getting off the train and going in to a nearby tall hotel to ask for directions to The Holiday Inn, after the way I was treated by 3 members of staff of that hotel by just asking a simple question, it was pleasure to know that we had not booked to stay and that hotel and instead had opted for The Holiday Inn. We loved the morden design of the apartment. The kitchen is fabulous. The location is 5 min walk to Metro/train station. The manager is super friendly and responsive, he even loaned his cell phone for us to use during the stay. We had a great time in Berlin! -

The apartment itself is very nice: large, clean and functionally furnished for four people and is well equipped with radios, televisions, fast wlan etc. The owner Annette is utmost helpful helping you arrange anything you dare to ask, for us she even boutght tickets to the football match. We felt even more comfortable in Voltaire apartment than in the city itself.

Everything. The view of Berlin skyline and Fernsehturm was unbelievable, and the location was great. Within walking distance of Mitte, and with S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations literally around the corner.

Vi bodde i ett rum "trippelrum" som bestod av 2 dubbelrum. Mycket överraskande och ytterst god plats. Jag tyckte att priset och läget var mycket bra. Frukosten är riklig och rikhaltig och personalen och servicen god. Jag har under de senaste åren bott här 6-7 gånger.Jag känner inte till några gästrecentioner. - Ett mycket fräscht hotell med en utmä
