Parking nearby was convenient. Staff very friendly and the manager's English excellent so no worries there. Explained everything clearly on arrival so there was no need to contact him, although he said he is contactable 24 hours a day. We enjoyed the breakfast which filled us up for the days exploring. Very nice breakfast and staff - they were very accomodating when our party ran into car trouble and got in very late to our hotel - beds were turned down and ready to be slept in! Location is good - very easy access to nice hiking and biking trails and the King's Castles - and we had a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony window.

Everything!!. A great choice. We had an excellent 4 night stop here with large, well appointed bedroom with en suite. Balcony at the front overlooking the Weissensee Lake. The three of us (self, wife and adult daughter) had two bedrooms, a kitchenette, washing machine and dryer available, good access and parking.

Great hotel in a beautiful location, overlooking the lake! The room was lovely - beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Kitchenette in the apartment which was a bonus, including dishwasher. You get a "Fussen Card" during your stay, which gives you free public transport and a discount on your castle tickets. The hotel is easy to get to, a 5-10 min drive or 15min bus ride from Fussen. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel (Strandbad Hopfensee) where you can get bus 56 which comes eve
