  The apartment was great. It was large, well situated near the Cathedral/Train Station. The Manager (Brigette) was great and even provided a map of the Christmas Markets with a suggested route. She really did a great job to ensure that we had a nice time. Flexible and highlyaccomodative. They extended their help to pickup from the station andefficiently guided the city. If you want to have different experiencethan just a emotionless hospitality of Hotel Staff then please do notmiss staying at this place. This is well located, close to the Koln Hbfand the dom. You can just walk around nearby places.

  Loved the location of the hotel which is so close to the DOM Cathedral, the Rhine River (which extends to 4 countries) the city center with shops, pick up point for city tour and Cologne's tourist center. Restaurants abound in its vicinity. Hotel room was enormous ( we got upgraded), clean but styled in the 80's. It had a kitchenette, and 2 bedroo... vad folk säger » ms ideal for families and long staying guests. Breakfast was truly satisfying. For those with heavy luggage, there is one flight of stairs to take you - The room was as advertised, clean with all required amenities. Breakfast was awesome with a wide choice of hot and cold food and beverages. Staff was really welcoming and helpful plus they offer you as much fruits as you want and one free bottle of water daily, which was really fantastic. The location is also just a 5 minute walk from the Dom and central station plus there is a metro station just in front of the hotel. Great experience and hotel!

Hotel within walking distance of city centre. - The hotel was comfortable, we were made very welcome, the food was good especially breakfast where the choice was one of the best we have ever had.   The hotel is in a good location for transit to Cologne. It was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic! The bilingual staff were helpful and friendly. The owner was above-and-beyond in every capacity of client service.   This hotel was very well places for tourists to Cologne as it was very close to the motor way and situated opposite the tram car stop which only cost E2.40each way.The food was very good and of sufficient quanity and the included breakfast was very extentive and varied.
