  Hotel is very clean and very well situated close to the center of the city and close to the metro. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. - Very good restaurant with enthusiastic people, hosts even. The hotel is very close to the Dom and was very very easy to reach by car.

  Läget var mycket bra. Hotellet hade mycket trevliga rum, med helt underbara sängar. Trevlig relaxavdelning med bastu och pool. Fin frukost - Personalen vänlig och speciellt med tanke på vår son, 10 mån. Vi fick ett rum som låg tyst med tanke på karnevalen i Köln och de försökte fixa så vi skulle få vårt rum mkt tidigare så han kunde få sova middag.

  Room very quiet. Hotel within walking distance of city centre. - The hotel was comfortable, we were made very welcome, the food was good especially breakfast where the choice was one of the best we have ever had.   One of the best places we have stayed in. Everything tops. Excellent service, clean, lots of amenities, and super location. We should have stayed there to travel to Aachen and Luxembourg and even Brussels! - This was a great hotel. The rooms very comfortable for the price and the hotel staff very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Everything was excellent. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, as well as very efficient. The apartments were gorgeous - spacious, very well maintained and comfortable. The balcony (with table and chairs as well) - a definite plus. The apartments only seem a bit sparsely furnished because they are so roomy. The kitchen was very convenient - this was the feature that attract - There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs

  Truely new and luxurious hotel, defintely worth 4 stars (i'd say allmost 5), excellent bar with barkeeper really making the best of all his servings. Afterwards perfectly taken care of error (can happen) on invoice. - Unfortunately I had to be admitted to hospital whilst staying at the hotel.   Excellent!!! - The room was very large, which was great, the sauna/steam room facilities were excellent, and the fact that it stayed open so late was brilliant. Breakfast was also very good, staff very helpful and pleasant.
