  The twin room was spacious, very clean, with comfortable beds and equipped with all the facilities a guest could possibly need. The service was excelent, very helpful and kind staff! - The people at the Hilton Koln are allways friendly and helpful. This is always good in a country outside of the US.

  The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, could not fault in anyway. Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Dom and HBF.   Excellent!!! - The room was very large, which was great, the sauna/steam room facilities were excellent, and the fact that it stayed open so late was brilliant. Breakfast was also very good, staff very helpful and pleasant.

  The location was terrific. Just a stone's throw from the big cathedral. The lower floor of the hotel is a giant restaurant serving some of the best food in town at rock-bottom prices. I got a room facing the inner courtyard, so although the hotel was in the centre of town, it was extremely quiet. Great for sleeping.
