  Matthieus and the rest of the staff very friendly, extremely helpful (took me to Dortmund personally). The hotel is in a quiet town, very clean, check in is quick and hasle free. Visited bars and restaurants very close and everyone is so friendly though most do not speak English, however, this just makes me realise how lazy we are in learning othe... vad folk säger » rs languages. Netto and other shops are 1 minute walk. Dortmund is easy by train or taxi and airport is probably 5 minutes away so a great location. - the location is near to Dortmund airport and very near to holzwickede train station from where you can go anywhere around ' till 50km area cheap prices(5.10E to Dortmund Train station) -20 minutes to Dortmund Hauptbahnhof the center of city,the hotel is sweet and silent and the host's are very friendly and helpfull :)

  Reception staff was friendly and helpful. They always smiled and welcomed us with any kind of information. Our room was at the third floor and it was very clean and furnished of everything you need to bathe. The girl in the breakfast room was really friendly and the breakfast was good-served. I will surely come back if I ever come back to Dortmund... vad folk säger » for a football match - The hotel is classy, stylish and professional. It's a great location too as it is only a minute or two's walk to the shops and about a 5 minute walk to the square where the good pubs are. The staff are very nice and one of the breakfast staff is extremely gorgeous. - Staff was excellent (guy in Reception was very helpful!), the rooms are really nice, the Internet is very fast, the Hotel is very cosy and modern. The size of the rooms and bathroom is very good! We where very surprised with this hotel, will certainly come back! :)

  Excellent location and great value for money. - The lady at reception was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. The double room we were given was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location was ideal as it was close to the Christmas markets and a stone's throw from the main shopping street.
