  Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Frukostbuffen var perfekt. När jag påpekade att äggröran var slut ställde sig personalen och gjorde ny trots att det bara var en halvtimme kvar av frukosttiden och jag var nästan ensam gäst. - Allt var bra. Bra med information och spåkerfarenheterna :)

  Reception staff was friendly and helpful. They always smiled and welcomed us with any kind of information. Our room was at the third floor and it was very clean and furnished of everything you need to bathe. The girl in the breakfast room was really friendly and the breakfast was good-served. It's a great location too as it is only a minute or two's walk to the shops and about a 5 minute walk to the square where the good pubs are. The staff are very nice and one of the breakfast staff is extremely gorgeous. - Staff was excellent (guy in Reception was very helpful!), the rooms are really nice, the Internet is very fast, the Hotel is very cosy and modern. The size of the rooms and bathroom is very good! We where very surprised with this hotel, will certainly come back! :)

  I can't say enough good things about this hotel! The man running it is an absolute gentleman. He and his family run an excellent establishment! I will always stay here when I visit Dusseldorf. He gave us great recommendations on where to go and what to see for the short time we were in town (travelling to Dortmund the next day). Ev - First reaction of the lobby area was the opulence of the décor a little garish perhaps, certainly different (unique) however, the hotel is in a good location, next to the iconic U building, and Westentor U-bahn station, and a short walk to the City centre. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms spacious and well appointed, and excellent vfm.
