  Friendly welcome. We used the hotel as a stopover for skiing, perfect location for a short trip to the resort the next day. One family travelling with us arrived very late and still had a friendly and helpful welcome. Breakfast maybe a bit expensive but was a buffet so you could eat as much as you liked! Childrens breakfast was free. - we stayed... vad folk säger » here on our way to our skiing hol it was lovely to climb into a comfy warm bed after a long journey.clean facilities and although we did not eat that evening the breakfast was good the following morning.staff pleasant and professional,definately will stay here again.

  - Very nice and well decorated building - good location in Chambery but also in between the mountains and lakes - very friendly, discrete and accommodating staff - Actually not that difficult to find if you pay attention - - I really enjoyed the style, look and feel of the rooms and common areas.   Right on the slopes. They also have a ski room where they supply skis and put them out right on the slope in the morning. Which makes very little hassle. Very pleasant hotel. - extremely solisitus staff

  The owners and staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful - very friendly and helpful much beyond my expectations. Their attitude to service went far beyond that I have experienced in other comparable hotels. We will be going back to FastHotel at Albertville! - staff was very friendly

  We were there for a week ski-vacation and enjoy every moment of it. Hotel staffs were nice, friendly and helpful, clean room, good location, good food and heated room to store ski gears.   We really enjoyed the location of this hotel, it was very close to the slopes, shops, restaurants and lifts. When we had a mix up with our booking the hotel staff was helpful and easy to deal with. Also we found the rooms comfortable and nicely appointed.
