  Friendly welcome. We used the hotel as a stopover for skiing, perfect location for a short trip to the resort the next day. One family travelling with us arrived very late and still had a friendly and helpful welcome. Breakfast maybe a bit expensive but was a buffet so you could eat as much as you liked!   The owners and staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful - very friendly and helpful much beyond my expectations. Their attitude to service went far beyond that I have experienced in other comparable hotels. We will be going back to FastHotel at Albertville! - staff was very friendly

  We really enjoyed the location of this hotel, it was very close to the slopes, shops, restaurants and lifts. When we had a mix up with our booking the hotel staff was helpful and easy to deal with. Also we found the rooms comfortable and nicely appointed.
