  Very friendly staff and service with lots of smiles. The room was large and comfortable and we had been upgraded so had a balcony overlooking Place de Jaude and the restaurant/bar below the hotel.   Hotel was clean and warm. Hot water always available and the great thing is it is right in the centre of Mont Dore...so no driving to get to a great choice of eating places - We situated hotel in a friendly town. The suites are best value.

  The apartment was great, nothing fancy, but very comfortable and clean, it had everything we needed, we had our two dogs with us and there were at least three other dogs holidaying with owners there, you would never have guessed that dogs had ever been in the apartment, the owners we very dog friendly.
