  The rooms were very clean. The bathroom fixtures had been recently replaced. The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating and they even allowed me to use their printer to print an important document that I needed that day. There was free Wi-Fi internet access available in the hotel lobby.   Everything- very comfortable quiet well located appartment, looking out on a lovely park with wild rabbits jumping around at night. 5 mins walk from the main street of Luchon, easy acess to everything.   The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains. The staff are absolutely charming and great humoured and food provided for breakfasts and evening meals is fresh and well presented. The hotel rooms were big, clean and just-recently renovated. Breakfast and dinner were good reasonably priced. Dog-friendly. Free parking in the areas around the hotel. The hotel is close the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the Sanctuaries. There is a bus stop nearby.
