  We stayed 2 nights - Laure met and greeted us on arrival - a very warm, friendly and helpful person. Nothing is too much for her to do. The 2 rooms she rents out are at ground entry level and perfect for coming and going without disturbing anyone. There are 2 choices of recently renovated rooms to rent and they both have separate lounges ...Lau... vad folk säger » re spoils you with her home cooked biscuits and cakes and a great breakfast! she also will drive and pick you up from the train station. Well position - We liked the warm welcome by Laure, even though we arrived a bit early and were asked to take stroll in Epernay, which was nice.The room was as expected, nicely furnished, very good bed. We knew that the toilet was behind the curtain and the shower in the room and it did nit bother us. We had dinner and Laure prepared a nice meal starting with tomato soup, then tarte with salmon, meatballs in tomato sauce, cheese platter and a cheese cake accompanied by a bottle of Champange.

  Great staff. Polite but informal. They all responded well to an emergency (power-cut), Very good food and wine - easily 1 star Michelin and getting near 2 in my opinion. - excellent food, good atmosphere, log fire in the lounge, comprehensive breakfast, Spa was good

  It's a small beautiful hotel placed in the center of Epernay. Three min walk to Moet n Chandon. The staff helped With restaurant booking and arranged with flowers and champagne for my girlfrind on her birthday.   The owner was fantastic, we could not have wished for a better service. We stayed in the Gite at the rear of the hotel whcih was ideal for my family consisting of 2 adults and 4 children. The owner recommended and reserved a table for dinner at a local hotel which was superb. He could not do enough to ensure our stay was an enjoyable experience. -... vad folk säger » Warm welcome, the host is a real character. The pool and hot tub were great after a long drive.   The location of Aux Armes de Champagne was perfect for a stop-over on our drive back from Provence to the Channel tunnel. It is situated next to a beautiful Cathedral which dominates this little village. The food was excellent but the restaurant gets very booked up at the weekend and we were lucky to get a cancellation. Do reserve a table in advan... vad folk säger » ce as there is nowhere else to eat in l'Epine. - Comfortable room, huge bed, view to the Basilica Notre Dame l'Epine, attractive garden area, upstairs lounge with free wifi, nice meal, wine list on ipad was a first and may challenge some older guests but easy to use and we picked a fantastic Montangy Premier Cru, 55 euros. There is a mini/crazy golf to the rear although we sadly didn't have time to whizz round it.
