  Nice comfortable hotel, clean room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Pretty surroundings in forest. Went for an evening walk and saw a wild fox. Very peaceful and a bit off the beaten track (not a good hotel if you like to be in the centre of the action but luckily we don’t!).   The hotel appeared to either have been completely renovated, or was new. The room was immaculate and gave the impression of having been never, or rarely, used. Hence I thought it might be a new hotel. Everything in the room worked as it should and the night was silent despite overlooking the main train line. Triple-glazing works! We knew there was no evenin - This was our first Novotel experience and will definitely make us look into staying in one again. It was like somebody had designed a hotel room from scratch and they seemed to have thought of everything. Loved the room dividers, great bright lights in the bathroom, blackout blinds, the big desk on wheels, the fridge, microwave and tea kettle, the complimentary toiletries and snacks (what budget hotel still does that?)...   restaurant is amazing! don't miss the chariot du fromage. sauna was nice but turn it on first and then go in the pool - took a while to heat up. - The room was spacious and it was possible to park your car outside the back door of the room. The restaurant was beautiful and the food superb.

Bra med tvättmöjligheter och inomhus parkering - Very good value for a family of four, we like to be able to stay in thesame room,well equipped, comfortable beds, and helpful staff. Not themost glamourous location, but I knew that from comments on the web, andit was so easy to walk into town that it didn't matter as it was so... vad folk säger » reasonably priced. - Secure parking (luckily found out on trip adviser that this needsbooking), location - a few minutes walk into central Reims, facilitieswithin room, I had asked for a quiet room when I booked and we got one.

  Clean hotel with good facilities for the price that we paid for the room. I think we ended up in the room for those with a disability so no carpet and a wet room rather than conventional bathroom but it was fine for an overnight stop on the way home. - Our room was enormous.
