  The hotel is very conveniently located for visiting the Loire Chateaux. We stayed 4 nights and went sigtseeing to 8 chateaux and Tour, and Blois.The restaurant serves excellent gourmet dinners and buffet breakfast, and they also recommended very good restaurants in nearby villages.Beautifully decorated rooms, each one with different theme! - The ... vad folk säger » castle looks wonderful. The setting is quiet and peaceful. We could rent good bikes to cycle through the beautiful region. Breakfast was great.

  Excellent hotel. Newly refurbished. Very clean and tidy room with a comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful though some did not speak English too well. The restaurant was very good though the menu selection was not large and it did not appear to have changed on our second day (we ate out that day anyway).   The owner and his wife provided excellent meals in a lovely setting. They are very friendly and gave good tips for sightseeing in the area. The beds were large and comfortable, and the duvets extra long. The rooms and the sitting rooms are well-decorated and cozy.   The exterior of the hotel may initially deter people but don't be put off. The internal decor was attractive and the service from staff was good. The dinner on first sight appeared expensive. It was one of the best meals we have ever eaten in France. It was delicious and included some delights between courses and at the end of the meal. I thoroughly recommend the hotel and would go back there to stay longer and eat dinner there every night! - The hotel is about 10 minutes walk outside of the centre so easy access to Blois. Friendly staff and the restaurant looked very good although we ate out the night we were there. bedroom was comfortable and the bed good. As we had been travelling it was a pleasant rest stop on the way back to the UK.
