  Beautiful old house turned hotel. The rooms look like they were designed in the mid 1900's but they are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good, the staff very friendly and charming and the location is perfect for visiting the old chateaux in the region. - spaciousness of the rooms, general ambience nice, pleasantly rural.   Dinner was really good - food, service and wine. It's dog friendly (at €15 ea!) and if you have animals with you the best bet is to book the rooms by the pool, with access directly into the grounds. - Fabulous chateau Excellent food Produced a free birthday cake without being asked.

  I was staying there with my sister to visit some of the Loire castles, the location is absolutely perfect for that! We also very much enjoyed the quietness of the place a bit remote from the road, that was extremely nice. The bedroom was large and clean, and the small terrass by the pool was great. The staff was very nice and friendly. We had hesi... vad folk säger » tated to stay in this hotel because of some poor reviews, but apparently the owner changed this spring (2013) and they are improving a lot of things. - The staff made us feel welcome and were very accomodating! It was a quiet, beautiful retreat from the business of traveling. We would love to go back and stay longer!

  The young couple running the B & B were very pleasant and most helpful. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms very modern. The breakfast was more than adequate. Lots to do with lake, putting hole, games barn with table tennis and gym and bikes to use, croquet, skittes.
