Eventhough the exterior of the hotel doesn't look as nice, the rooms are very clean, nicely decorated with all updated amenities. The room is big and bathroom is spacious. The rate for this hotel is also very budget-friendly. Overall, we really enjoy our stay at hotel Italia. We will definately stay here again if we are in the area. -

Hotel is situated in a quite area on the opposite side of the river to the town. A short walk across the bridge and your are in the centre. The rooms were good and we had a ground floor room which opened onto a small area with outside seating which was great as it was hot. No air con but as it was quiet we could leave window open.

The room was spacious with TV and a large en-suite bathroom. Everything was immaculately clean.
The WiFi was good - not super fast but good enough to check emails / browse the web.
Breakfast was good with bread, yoghurt, compote, jams, honey and fresh coffee.
The onsite parking was a bonus and being able to park right outside your room was good.

One of the friendliest places ever! The staff went out of their way to recommend places to eat, help us find our way, and find great things to do. Though the Mirabeau is indeed a hotel, it has all the warmth and friendliness of a very welcoming B&B!

The hotel is in an excellent location (in an old townhouse) in the historic town of Tours not far from the station and the cathedral (and some of the chateaux in the countryside). Hotel by itself is a three story converted town house with high ceilings and modern design. We had a view on ancient Rue Voltaire from our window; it's not far from St. Gatien Cathedral; they have breakfast in the morning; everything is crispy clean and all the guests were very quiet, so if you're looking for a place to relax this should be your choice

We loved the marvellous staff who were fun and very helpful. The hotel was attractive and stylishly decorated and the room was charming. There is a delightful garden area and the meals at the restaurant were exceptional as was obvious from the locals who also were dining there. We had such a good time and would love to go back.
