  Very grand setting in an ideal location. Breakfast was very good. Pool was a nice bonus and staff were very helpful and friendly. - staff were exceptionally terrific, and food at hotel reasonably priced and superb - best we had in vichy as a matter of fact

  God mat på restaurangen och fantastisk utsikt över staden därifrån (takterrass) - Bathroom was wonderful with expensive fittings. The rooftop bar and restaurant has wonderful views, though food not up to much, service slow and prices high.

  Very friendly staff and service with lots of smiles. The room was large and comfortable and we had been upgraded so had a balcony overlooking Place de Jaude and the restaurant/bar below the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the bar very good. We ordered two glasses only of a Bordeaux and the waiter poured them from the bottle at the table. We lived in Clermont-Ferrand for 2 years, so on this return vacation trip, we had a very good idea of where we wanted to stay and different hotel options available.
