Residential area, very safe. Comfy house, complete kitchen stuffs for daily cooking, good cable and wifi access. Vidal is very sweet. He provided us with all the info we need to roam around the city. He was very accomodating and he is willing to extend just to make your stay the best. Good cost of money!!!!

  The hotel is located just 150m from metropoint Porte de Vincennes line 1 (zone1). Parking in the street is free from friday 19h till mon 09h. Parking Picpus (neer metropoint Belair/Picpus) is about 500mtrs from the hotel. The room was small, only a bed, tv and closet, but that's ok for just a weekend.   I did not expect much from this hotel when I booked as I just needed a place close to Gare de L'est and Gare du Nord so that would be convenient for me to catch the trains to Strasbourg and Antwerp.
