The staff were very friendly, nothing was to much for them. The rooms we had were very clean and comfortable, and an excellent location for .sightseeing in LIlle. Fantastic location to Eurostar and town centre. Couldn't have been better. Excellent breakfast too for 6 Euros. - Convenient, reasonably priced, excellent value for the money. Towels changed both days we stayed. A brilliant location right in the centre. Could be noisy on lower floors because of traffic, but it didn't bother us much.
