  Location is perfect. Also free wifi is a huge plus - we lived on 2 floor and wifi worked fine. Room was small but clean and stuff very friendly - Good location, center of the city. It very close to the metro station. Very kind women in reception. Clean & Good price.

  the hotel is undergoing a complete refurbishment and new rooms are very nicely done - nothing flash but very clean, modern and everything you need. Will be better when refurb finished. Great central location 5 mins walk from L'Opera in very quiet side-street off busy boulevard.   The location was great, there are 2 metro stops, bakerie, cheese dairies, cafes, restaurants, boutiques next to the hotel. Although the rooms are small, they clean and really confortable.   The price and location were great. The gentleman that works the front desk and bar which is attached to the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but it's Paris, you won't find much bigger for the cheap price.   The location was great - a short walk from Gare du Nord, close to many good budget-minded cafes, and incredible jazz clubs. The view from the sixth floor (i.e. seventh) was wonderful.   I like the room which i stayed, is a garreteer at 6th floor, single bed. It has a long window and is very clean, feels like a home. Eventhough the toilet n bathroom are shared, but to my surprise, it's very clean. Breakfast is simple, but more than enough, i think is quick good. He brightened my Paris trip! I will stay here again if i'm going - The staff was friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent, food was standard but by no means anything to complain about. If you want a good work out ask for the rooms on the top floor! We enjoyed our stay, would recommend it and will try and stay there again when coming back to Paris.
