The hotel staff were very friendly and we were very pleased when we received a complimentry bottle of wine.   I enjoyed the size of the rooms and the quietness of the hotel. We did look at several rooms before we made our choice, and the rooms do vary in size and situation. It is quite a big complex. The staff were outstanding, and the location of the hotel excellent.   The proximity of the hotel to the major tourist destinations. - I visited Paris more than 15 times and usually stayed at the business hotel such as Haytt or Marriot. The Golden tulip gives much more pleasure. The room was very clean and comfortable although it's a bit smaller. The location can't be better.   We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was VERY spacious and on the quiet side overlooking an inside courtyard.
