It had just completed a complete make over and the decor and facilities were excellent Ideally situated for the central art galleries and the Metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful.   Brighton has a very competitive room rate for a 4-star hotel in such location (2-minutes walk to Rivoli/Louvre, St Honore, Place de Vendôme) and it has done a good job at the lobby design and maintaining its tidiness. Bathroom is spacious too with good quality toiletries (high quality - The hotel is located in the perfect place for sightseeing near the Louvre, Place du la Concord and the Champ Elysee and you can get the hop on / off buses from very near by. We had a deluxe City view room and the view over the Jardin and the Effiel Tower were amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the room size generous. We were on the 3rd floor and we could barely hear the traffic on the busy street below.
