  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has recently been renovated and everything has a "new" look about it. The rooms are very well lit so reading in bed is not a problem. All rooms are easily accessible to wheelchairs - stairlift, elevator are available. The mattresses are very comfortable, I.E. not too soft. The room was spotless - perhaps just a tad clinical as a result- and they gave us the car-park tag to keep overnight as we were leaving first thing in the morning, before anyone would have been around. The location was excellent - right in the heart of Lille, but in a side street so it was relatively quiet overnight.

  the quality and the peace and quiet of the hotel - The hotel was central and within easy reach from Lille Eurostar station. The facilities are well described on the website and the staff were excellent. The price and the level of comfort is what you would expect from this grade of hotel.   The location was perfect. Just across big shopping center en railway station. Everyhing within 5min walking. Parked are car in Vinzi-Parking for 20 euro 24 hours. There is a restaurant on the hotel, although we didn't use it. By arrival they told us they didn't had any regular room free anymore, so we got the premium for the same price. Anyway, we were only there for sleeping, so for us it was no problem - The hotel is right across the street from the train station. There is a major shopping mall also across the street as well as abundant shopping throughout the city center all within easy walking distance. The staff were helpful and responded quickly when I dropped my ring down the sink drain - it was retrieved immediately and without a hassle. The room was clean and efficient.
