  Nice comfortable,big rooms,kitchen is separeted from room which is great,studios are large and apartments are really big,underground parking,room service could do a better job in sweeping the floors which are very dusty. - Just about everything.Very warm welcome from the staff,really nice apartment,use of garage at a reasonable price,near shops a... vad folk säger » nd buses but only a 20 minute walk to the harbour.Out of season,it was very good value indeed.

  Very good location between the main street -goes through Cannes- and the beach, Festival Center. You can access the beach, shops and restaurants in a minute. Also the train station is just a 5-10 minutes walk. The apartment has; small refrigerator, washing machine for laundry, facility for cooking-works with electricity. We just bought some cleaning gels and detergant for washing and so - Comfortable spacious appartments, just 200 meters away from Festival Palace and the beach.

  We stayed here for a week in June 2013. Pretty good location, you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes (across the garden gate). La Croisette is a 15 minute walk along the beach, or you could take a bus (the bus stop's 100 meters from the front entrance). The apartment was neat and clean, the kitchenette had the necessary stuff. The owners are very ... vad folk säger » nice people; we had forgotten our beach umbrella, he lent us one for the week. The garden and swimming pool is a very nice place to relax. There's a - The man who owns the accommodation is really friendly. On arrival he got out a map of the area and pointed out all the main areas which we found extremely useful. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. Had a lovely balcony view. The location was perfect. Right across the road from the beach and a 15-20minute walk into the city. There are also a number of buses to take you to your destination.

  There was a decent sized fridge/freezer,a small hob and a multi-setting microwave. With a monoprix shop across the square its perfect for an odd night in relaxing. Breakfast sorted with a yummy bakery in front and fresh fruit daily. The host Richard is most pleasant and and accomodating without being invasive. We found some fab restaurants in the vicinity too. - Well equipped studio with kitchenware, oil, salt/pepper, etc. Room and linens were very clean. Free access to laundry was a huge bonus! Great location - 5 minute walk to La Croisette, train station, and market right out front. Staff (Richard & I have forgotten her name) were both very nice and helpful.

  The location was perfect - very close proximity to the Palais, making it a great stay for Cannes Lions Festival. The outdoor patio was also really great. - Everything was perfect. An excellent apartment, well furnished, balconies, excellent shower, heating and reliable, fast internet.

  The air conditioning was very effective. Kitchen and Bathroom were newlyfitted and of very good standard. Very quiet residential avenue,pleasant aspect and views. No traffic noise which is great! - Closeness to the Palais
