  The people that run the apartments are simply the best! Very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable new and clean and kept that way.   The apartments are in good location, not far from the sea. The kitchen is clean and comfortable for cooking , clean bedding, so all you need to stay with small family (3 people).   Very close to beach and town centre, just 5 minutes walk away. A clean, nice spa and fitness area, a relaxing quite area with a confined outside swimming pool with adequate sun beds, nice neat kept grounds, excellent security, coded access to hotel gates and garage, secure private parking for 20 euros a day with direct access into the hotel, 3 eur... vad folk säger » os for 2/3 days worth of wifi use, friendly staff, room was a studio, had a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker, outside balcony with table - We pretty much liked everything there. We had a fantastic holiday. Mainly because The Residance resideal Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were happy with the nice and very cosy room we were given and it was value for money and it was a real pleasure to deal with the receptionist. They were all very helpful It is very central and about a couple of metres away from the croisette beach and not far from the train station and other amenities. The Musee de la castre gives a perfect panoramic view

They were always there for us, but in a very discreet way... it was almost like having our own luxury apartment because it seemed so private. The area was also very quiet and peaceful.   Excellent seaview (higher floors), swimming pools, parking inunderground carpark, willing stuff - The price was very good value. The view over the pool is nice. The apartment was clean. Connections to Cannes itself are very easy, as buses stop just a few minutes from the hotel every 10 minutes or so during the day (far fewer at night).

  that the room and bathroom were clean and ready for occupancy and since we had children with us they allowed us to stay extra hours on the day of the check out,parking facility right outside the hotel too - It was lovely and quiet and very well located.
