We had an apartments on the first floor - it was big enough even for 3 guests. It was really like-home stay. Very cozy, nice, clean and comfortable. All the staff was really friendly and ready to help. -

I was very happy with the Hotel - the staff let me use my room to have a
shower etc. when I arrived at 8am. They were very helpful. The location
is at the edge of the central city of Paris. It is actually a very
beautiful part of the city. Furthermore, the rer (which is the Paris
crossrail - they built theirs in the 1960s) is close, so you are 15

The neighbourhood of the hotel is very quiet and niche with the large and beautiful parc just across the street and the international and pittoresques cite universitaire close by. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money.

The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is located 8 minutes from the metro and a total of 20 min to downtown. Staff is very polite. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes away. For the price that we gave were extremely satisfied. I recommend!

Hotel du Home Moderne is an excellent value, clean and comfortable with modern amenities. We were particularly impressed with the staff. Guillume and Jennifer, who manned the front desk, were outstanding. They always went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. At the buffet breakfast, Lore managed the breakfast room with efficiency and good humor. We also enjoyed the non-touristy neighborhood, which has lots of little shops and cafes and is conveniently located near transportation.

Everything was perfect; to my taste. The hotel was clean, staff very
friendly and helpful. Internet was a bit temperamental but not an issue
if you are not on business. I did not take breakfast in the hotel; I
usually prefer the French cafes (personal choice). The hotel is less

The owner is a very nice and thoughtful manager. The place was clean, quiet, with good beds and good air conditioning and wifi that actually worked. The rooms were small, but very average sized for Paris. It was a few minutes walk from place d'italia, which is the metro stop that can get you anywhere. I would recommend staying here.

Det duger att bo några få nätter på ett sånt hotell. Dock var inredningen inte alls inbjudande. Röda grälla färger, ungufär som en bordell visade i gamla västernfilmer, i början av färgfilmseran - Very quiet and room clean - Very close to the metro stop. Good breakfast. The room is very large with a balcony.

It was very warm and cozy, it was nice to get to the hotel because it was rainy and cold outside. We had two different rooms since we travelled to Lille in between our stay in Paris. The first room was larger and better than the second on. Excellent location and the price although high it was OK for Paris. -

- Hotel arranged for pick up from train station, which worked out quite nicely
- Picked the hotel on purpose away from station, as arriving and departing stations were different.
- Location is still very good, right on Metro stop, and next to terminus for 2 buses, which go to Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame and Gare du Nord. Made it easy for us to get on the bus with our luggage to go to Gare du Nord. Also found Subway and an Indian restaurant practically next door, which took care of our food needs.
